Identify the incident during your trip

An Irregularity Report from the Airline is required if you experience any of the following situations during your travel.
Please review the scenarios below and take the correcponding action.

Secure the required report or documents

Depending on what occurred, please ensure you obtain the following:

• Travel Delay / Trip Cancellation / Trip Curtailment

    Request an Irregularity Report directly from the airline, which may be obtained via email.

• Damaged Baggage

    Proceed to the airline counter before leaving the airport to report the damage and secure the required documentation.

• Baggage Delay

    Sign the baggage delivery receipt issued by the airline so they can provide an official report confirming the delay

• Loss of Personal Belongings or Travel Documents

    Obtain a police report within 24 hours from the time the loss was discovered.

• Medical Expenses Overseas

    Secure a medical certificate from the attending physician. Original claim documents are required, including:

• Itemized Statement of Account (SOA)

• Official Receipts

Once you submit your requirements, your request will be reviewed and evaluated by our claims team. You can expect to receive an update from us via SMS and email in the next few business days.
